It's perfect for exercises where you need to brace, but need a little flexibility at the same time. Not flimsy at all. You can move, but still brace properly. I'd want stiffer for a max squat or deadlift. General oly type movements it's perfect. The pattern is high quality to.

Let me paws for a moment and tell you about my experience with this belt. It was a real cat and mouse game making the decision. It started stressing meowt. I was about to quit looking because I thought it would be a catastrophe. After scratching and clawing through my options. Lets just say, I am feline good about the choice. Its nothing short of purrfect. This belt is just pawsome!!!
