Coming from the rogue tape which sticks too much to itself and not enough to your thumb. This tape comes off the roll easy and stays on thumb.
I ordered this belt and paid extra for two day delivery. I had a really important meet coming up and really wanted to wear this belt. unfortunately the belt didn’t arrive in time. I sent an email to customer service and it has been a nightmare since. The response time is ridiculous. I received one initial response asking me if I wanted the order canceled because I didn’t receive it on time and before that canceled, someone canceled my order. Since then, I have not gotten any responses from customer service and I have not gotten any notification of a refund. I only knew the order was canceled because UPS told me. I have tried emailing, reaching out through social media, and I have gotten nowhere. There is absolutely no working customer service phone number to get a hold of anybody. So here I am a genuinely happy customer who had purchased many belts, leaving a bad review because the customer service basically doesn’t exist. I paid extra for a belt I never got and never got my money back. All I want is someone to help me fix this and deliver the belt.
